Taking photos is not just about recording the signs that our retinal sight catches of the outside world. It’s about acknowledging the multiple and different views on things and catching the simultaneity of their meanings, creating new stratifications of images, colours, and shapes.
So it’s inside the photographic frame that we must find the meaning of the image, going beyond the surface and the apparently insignificant details.
